We strive for the lowest practical stitch count and the fastest feasible running time to lower production costs for your shop. We regularly produce designs for both large and small embroidery shops ranging from table-top and single-head machines to multi-head production facilities with over 80 heads. Normal turnaround is 5 working days from receipt of a
signed work order and approved artwork; jobs will be queued after appropriate
artwork is received. In-house art & design services are available for
obtaining artwork if submitted artwork is not sufficient for quality digitizing.
Turnaround may exceed five days for jacket size or complex designs and occasionally

*Melco Condensed format is not available for designs containing heavy detail, color blends or other intricate design features. The .CND format does not perform reliably in these situations. We do offer free scaling of all designs we are unable to deliver in CND format, as well as Wilcom Object format (EMB). If you own an editing system with which you can correct for any shortcomings when scaling a .CND design, we provide the design in both .CND and .EXP formats.

imagineedles' considers both stitch count and complexity when quoting a price. Minimum charge is $45 for crest size designs with price per thousand ranging from $10 to $20. Minimum charge is $85 for full front or back designs with price per thousand ranging from $5 to $10 . Volume discounts are available.

When submitting by FAX:
Please fax two copies of the artwork; the first in the size it will sew, the second as large as possible. The first fax allows us to provide you with a more accurate stitch count estimate. The second ensures that the details in the artwork are properly digitized. (Back to top.)
